Triangulation

Reality is not a solo act. Based on Davidson’s concept of Triangulation, the objective world only comes into focus through a shared gaze. An object does not truly exist until I see you seeing it. Art operates on this same principle; without the "Other" to verify it, the work remains dormant.

II. THE SECONDARY IS THE MEDIUM The physical form. The steel, the space, the installation.
III. THE TERTIARY IS THE PEOPLE The activation agent. The witnesses responsible for verification.

The Social Sculpture

We deploy large-scale immersive works in public places, but they are merely engines waiting for fuel. We can build the framework and occupy the space, but the work does not function without the final fold.
